Description : Sajila, a 34-year-old mother of three living in one of the slums in Dhaka city is going to have another child. Due to poverty and depravation of medical service the delivery will be carried out in traditional way. Like millions of poor women in the slums Sajila is taking the help of a local midwife. Her faith in God makes her believe that she will deliver the child safely. All her three children have been born this way. Dhaka, Bangladesh. April 17, 2009.
